The Hawes & Curtis corporate service

Hawes and Curtis corporate card can only be issued to UK and Republic of Ireland residents.

Hawes and Curtis corporate card can only be issued to employees of UK businesses with 5 employees or more.

Terms and Conditions

  1. MEMBERSHIP
    1. Hawes and Curtis corporate card can only be issued to UK and Republic of Ireland residents.
    2. Hawes and Curtis corporate card can only be issued to employees of organisations with 5 employees or more.
  2. REGISTRATION
    1. In order to activate the corporate card, prospective cardholders must register their card by filling in a simple form or alternatively send their name, preferred e-mail address and company name via e-mail to sara@hawesandcurtis.com. Any other additional information is welcome.
  3. CORPORATE CARD
    1. The issued card remains the property of Hawes & Curtis Limited and cannot be transferred. The cardholder must advise the company in the event of loss of or theft of the card. The card will be cancelled and re-issued accordingly.
  4. CARD BENEFITS
    1. The corporate scheme is strictly limited to Hawes and Curtis stand-alone stores and online at www.hawesandcurtis.com
    2. The corporate discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions. If the promotions in store or online amount to a lesser price the cardholder can elect to benefit from them.
    3. Hawes & Curtis corporate card discount is only applicable to purchases of up to 100 pieces per transaction.
    4. Any purchases above 100 pieces will have to be purchased at Hawes & Curtis wholesale outlets, located at 590 Green Lanes, London, N8 0RA and Unit U44, The Trafford Centre, 151 Peel Avenue, Manchester, M17 8PL
  5. ISSUERS STATEMENT
    1. The corporate card scheme is operated by Hawes and Curtis, 63-65 Bridge House, North Wharf Road, London, W2 1LA. Hawes and Curtis can refuse to issue a corporate and may withdraw a corporate card from any participant at any time. Hawes and Curtis may amend or terminate the corporate card scheme or amend any of these terms and conditions. The conditions of use stated on the reverse of the card form part of the terms and conditions.
  6. DATA PROTECTION
    1. Hawes and Curtis Ltd undertake not to disclose any personal data provided by the cardholders to any third party, but retain the details for use only in conjunction with the corporate card scheme within the company.
