•  Registration
In order to activate your Corporate Card, all Cardholders must register their cards by completing a simple registration form on our website or in any of our stand-alone stores.

•  Corporate Card
The issued card remains the property of Hawes & Curtis Limited and cannot be transferred.  The Cardholders must advise the loss of the card issued. The card will be cancelled and a new one issued accordingly.

•  Card Benefits
The Cardholder will have the benefits stated on the reverse of the card in any Hawes & Curtis Limited stand-alone shop. Purchases made from stores where Hawes & Curtis Limited has a “Concession” will be charged at the stated store prices. The Corporate card scheme is strictly limited to Hawes and Curtis stand-alone stores only.  The Corporate Card benefits only apply to the items stated on the cards.  The price/discounts stated cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions. If the promotions in the store are a better price/discount, then the Cardholder can elect to benefit from them only.  The Cardholder will be advised of the forthcoming new ranges and a corporate cocktail evening organised for them to view and buy the new products before they are made available to the general public . Such notification will be done via direct or electronic mail.

•  Issuers Statement
The Corporate card scheme is operated by Hawes & Curtis, 63 – 65 Bridge House North Wharf Road, London,W2 1LA. Corporate cards are issued by, and remain the property of, Hawes & Curtis. Hawes & Curtis, at its sole discretion, may refuse to issue a Loyalty Card and may withdraw a Loyalty Card from a participant at any time.  Hawes & Curtis may amend or terminate the corporate Card scheme or amend any of these terms and conditions at any time. However all clients will be informed by their giving contact details of any changes.  The conditions of use stated on the reverse of the card form part of the terms and conditions.  The current corporate cards are valid until Dec. 2005. These cards may not be used after the expiry date. Registered corporate cardholders with a valid address will automatically be notified when new cards are issued.

•  Data Protection  Hawes & Curtis Limited undertake not to disclose any personal data provided by the Cardholders to any third party, but retain the details for use only in conjunction with the Corporate Card scheme with the Company.
