Shipping Prices

Shipping charges are subject to the weight, destination and total contents of the parcel. Our prices start from the following:

  • UK = £ 4.95.
  • Germany (first 3 shirts) = £16.95 please use our German website for free delivery.
  • USA (first 3 shirts) = £8.50
  • Australia (first 3 shirts) = £17.95 please use our Australian website for free returns from Australia.
  • Russia (first 3 shirts) = £13.95 
  • Nigeria and Ghana (first 3 shirts) = £17.00
  • France (flat rate) £9.45
  • Rest of the world (first 4 shirts) = £19.95

You will be charged an increased amount each time you reach a content limit.

Estimated Shipping Times

Orders made during the sales and bank holiday periods may take longer to process and result in your delivery being slightly delayed. Please bear with us.  

 

Please allow 5 working days for parcels to be delivered within the UK, and 10 working days internationally (subject to payment card authorisation and stock availability). Some countries can experience delays dependant on their individual customs regulations. In such cases the relevent customs office should contact you directly. All dates quoted for delivery are estimated delivery dates and may be subject to change due to external factors. It may take up to 25 working days for you to receive your order.

 

Orders to the UK and the EU are shipped with DPD.

Orders to Nigeria and Ghana are shipped with OCS.

Orders to Russia are shipped with Royal Mail International (via Russia Post).

All other international deliveries are shipped with Royal Mail International, and may be handed to local courier groups once in the destination country.

 

Next Day Delivery

We currently do not offer a guaranteed next day delivery service for any shipping territory. All UK orders are processed on the day they are received (during 8am-5pm) and are shipped within 24 hours, usually arriving the next day.

Customs Charges

It is a legal requirement for Hawes & Curtis to declare the actual value of goods (excluding shipping charges) contained in all packages sent outside the United Kingdom. Shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches the destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by you. Customs policies vary from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office if you require more specific information. Please note that when ordering from www.hawesandcurtis.com, you are considered the importer on record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.

 

Split Shipments

To avoid excess customs charges and additional shipping fees, sometimes international orders will be split into multiple parcels.Should this happen, you will be provided with multiple tracking numbers, and each parcel will be marked according to which part of the shipment it is – for example "1 of 3" or "2 of 2".

 

Part Shipments

Occasionally we will ship orders incomplete – this will usually happen with larger orders when one or two items are out of stock. Should this happen, your order will contain a note specifying which items are missing, and instructions on how to claim replacement shirts or a refund. All replacement items will be shipped at no additional cost.
