Refund Policy
We believe in complete satisfaction and nothing else. Therefore, if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your product, please return it within 3 months for a full refund or exchange in any Hawes & Curtis store. If your product is purchased on our website, and you are not entirely satisfied, please return it within 3 months for a refund. Please note: Changes to the website returns policy are valid for orders placed from 03.11.10. This does not affect your statutory rights. Should you need to return any product please follow the instructions on the return slip in your package.
Should you return a shirt that was part of a '3 for' or '4 for' deal, the bundle offer will not be valid. The refunded shirt will be calculated by taking the price of the remaining shirts in the bundle at the standard price and subtracting this from the total bundle price. In this instance we recommend you take up our offer to send out a exchange shirt with free postage and packaging so that you don't lose the bundle price advantage.

Please note that the delivery cost is not refunded. We recommend that you gain proof of delivery by requesting a card at the Post Office counter. You will be required to fill-in our address on the card and this will be stamped and the receipt attached. Hawes & Curtis can not be held responsible for parcels lost in the post. Proof of posting insures the parcel to a maximum value of £36. Please ask a the Post Office counter about options to insure your parcel if the value is over £36.
