How long will it take to receive my order?
US
Orders are usually dispatched within 24-48 hours and delivered within 3-5 business days. Please note that during busy times such as bank holidays or sales periods*, orders can take up to 7days to be delivered.
If you have chosen the Express delivery service, orders placed will be delivered within 2 business day.
Customers: Please note that during sales periods (*Summer sales, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas), orders are usually dispatched within 48 hours of being placed and can take up to 7 working days to be delivered.
Note: Orders with tailored items may be dispatched up to 4 working days later.
Can I expedite my order?
US Orders
We currently offer an Express Delivery service for our US customers. Please select Express Delivery upon checkout.
Do you deliver to my country?
Hawes & Curtis are pleased to offer delivery to the destinations linked here.
If your country is not listed we are not currently offering delivery to this destination. Please keep an eye on the website as we are constantly expanding our international delivery services.
All orders are delivered via courier or your local postal service and can be tracked for delivery. Please refer to your dispatch e-mail for tracking.
US & International:
Deliveries are made via Global-E.
Do you have next day delivery?
No, currently we do not offer Next Day delivery in US. Express Delivery is our fastest delivery option and takes 1-2 business days.

Placing an Order
Orders can be placed via the website. We are currently unable to take orders via email or phone.
Confirmation
If your order and payment has been successful, you will receive an email confirmation. If you do not receive an email within a few minutes of placing your order, please try the following solutions:
- Confirm your details are correct e.g. card type, billing address, shipping information
- Check your spam/junk folder for the confirmation e-mail
- Contact your card provider and verify that no hold has been placed on the account
- If you have been selected for a random security check, follow the instructions provided in the email
- Delete your browsing cookies and close your browser, and start again
- Try using a computer if you were using a phone or tablet/mobile device previously
If you are still having trouble please contact Customer Services. Issues are usually intermittent and resolve themselves promptly.
Duties & Customs
Hawes & Curtis is obligated to declare the actual value of goods (excluding shipping charges) in all packages sent abroad.
Orders may be subject to import duties and taxes imposed by the destination country. Any additional charges for customs clearance will be managed by Global-e.
Customs policies vary by country, so customers are advised to contact their local customs office for specific information. Please note that when ordering online, customers must adhere to all laws and regulations of the receiving country.
VAT & Taxes
Hawes & Curtis follows a fair pricing policy where all customers are charged uniformly, irrespective of their location, except for delivery costs and applicable local fees.
Customers will not receive a VAT/tax deduction or refund based on their location. Product prices already include UK VAT.
How can I pay for my order? Can I use a gift card?
Hawes & Curtis accepts payment made by Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express, Discover, Diners, JCB and UnionPay cards. You may also pay with PayPal or Amazon Pay in all our websites. Unfortunately, gift cards cannot be redeemed online.
My promo code is not working?
If your promo code is not working, please check the following.
1. You are entering the correct promo code
2. The item (s) you're ordering is (are) included on the promo code
3. The terms and conditions for any exclusions
4. The end date of your promo code (if any)
The payment page timed out, did my order go through?
If your order has been successful and we have taken payment, you will receive an order confirmation email from us shortly after.

Where is my order?
Can I cancel my order?
If you have ordered suit trousers and we have started the alteration process, this order cannot be cancelled or refunded.
Note: We are unable to merge your orders into one order.
Please note that during sale periods we are unable to cancel or change orders. This is to ensure quick dispatch of all orders. Unwanted or incorrect items can be returned to us for an exchange or refund.
Can I change the size or cancel 1 item from my order?
Once your order is accepted, it will be processed as soon as possible. As such, we are unable to cancel or make any changes to your order. If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
If we have already dispatched your order, please return the unwanted item(s) for a refund. If you have ordered made-to-measure suit trousers, we are unable to change the size if we have started the alteration process.
Can I add an item to my order?
Unfortunately, we can't add an item to your existing order.
I did not receive any confirmation email. Did my order go through?
Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email confirmation from us. Kindly check your junk / spam folder before contacting us.

Post-Sales Questions
Can I return my order to any Hawes & Curtis store?
Yes, you can return your order to any Hawes & Curtis store in the UK and it is Free. Refunds are processed once the item has been returned to our Distribution Centre by the store. This can take between 5-7 working days. Please obtain proof of the return from the store and retain it until the refund is complete. Exchange requests will be processed in our Distribution Centre if your items are not available in store.
Please note: Returns to the Edinburgh store will take 10-14 working days to be processed.
Croydon is an Outlet Store that is unable to accept non-outlet store & online returns due to stock availability.
Note: Altered trousers cannot be returned.

Do you still make St. James Slim Fit shirts?
Yes, we do. All our relaxed slim fit shirts are St. James shirts.
What is the difference between Extra Slim Fit, Fitted Slim and Slim Fit?
Extra Slim Fit - Our most contemporary, fitted shirt.
Fitted Slim - Cut closely to the body for a slim silhouette.
Slim Fit - Our most regular fit, tailored but not tight.

Do you offer alterations on shirts and suits?
We offer alterations online for our trousers only. Alterations of shirts and suits are done in selected stores. Please contact the store directly for further information about this service.
Our suit trousers are sold unfinished and must be altered to ensure the best fit. Please note that altered suit trousers cannot be returned for refund or exchange.
