When Ralph Hawes and Freddy Curtis opened the original Hawes & Curtis store in the Piccadilly Arcade in 1913, they made a promise to craft the highest quality men’s clothing for discerning gentlemen. For more than a century, we have abided by that promise. It is due to this commitment to excellence that our designer menswear received four Royal Warrants to dress Britain’s royalty. It is also why the Duke of Windsor chose our backless evening vest for his signature style, and why he called upon us to create a tie for his iconic Windsor knot.
